Our PE Syllabus

The objectives of the PE syllabus are to develop students to have the ability to:

  • Develop and maintain physical health and fitness through regular participation in physical activities.
  • Demonstrate positive self - esteem through body awareness and control.
  • Acquire safe practices during physical actvities.
  • Demonstrate the spirit of fair play, teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Understand and apply thinking skills to PE.
  • Perform and enjoy a variety of physical activities with understanding.

  • Sports Enrichment Programmes

              - Swimming for Secondary One students after examinations

 

A basic swimming course was organized this year for the Sec 1 non-swimmer students. The course equips them with the basic swimming skills and confidence needed for water survival. Students were awarded the  Basic Beginner Swimming Certificate upon completion of the course.

 

              - Soccer Clinic for Secondary Two students after end of year examinations

 

              - Interclass Sports Competition for Secondary Three  after end of year examinations

 

  • 'Safety for All' courses

               - First Aid Recertified course competency for All CCA Teachers

 

               - Safety Induction for All CCA leaders

 

  • Health Promotion Efforts for All (Students, Teachers & Parents)
